This course is part of a series of three programs that together form a true inner journey of deep transformation, profound change, and expanded awareness.
The Hero’s Journey is our story; every time we decide to change, to grow, to heal, we are walking the same path traveled by ancient heroes in myths and by characters in fairy tales and legends.
This course represents the first stage: the awakening. It’s the moment when the hero—who symbolically represents each of us—feels a sense of discomfort, senses that something is not right in their life, and finally decides to change.
